These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Solutionever Workspace (the "Service"), operated by [Your Company Legal Name] ("Solutionever", "we", "us"). By creating a workspace or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

1. The Service

Solutionever Workspace is a job, customer and invoicing management tool for trades and small service businesses. We may add, change or remove features over time to improve the Service.

2. Accounts and your team

The person who creates a workspace is its "owner" and is responsible for the account, including users they invite.
You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for all activity under your workspace. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. You will not: break the law; upload content you have no right to; attempt to access other workspaces or our systems without authorization; probe or disrupt the Service; or use it to store or send harmful, infringing or unlawful material.

4. Free trial, plans and billing

New workspaces may start on a free trial. When the trial ends, you must choose a paid plan to keep using the Service. Workspaces without an active plan or trial may be set to read-only or restricted.
Fees, plan limits and billing periods are shown in the app at the time you subscribe. Paid plans renew for the period you selected unless cancelled.
Payments are processed through a third-party payment provider. We do not store full card numbers. You authorize the applicable charges for the plan you select.
Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. Taxes, if any, are your responsibility.
We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to future billing periods.

5. Your data

You keep ownership of the content you put into the Service ("Customer Data") - your jobs, clients, documents and similar records. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the Service for you. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to collect and store the customer information you enter.

6. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and trademarks, belongs to Solutionever and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any of those rights to you beyond the right to use the Service while your account is active.

7. Third-party services

The Service may link to or rely on third-party tools (for example, payment or email providers). Their own terms and policies apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Availability and disclaimers

We work to keep the Service reliable, but it is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own backups of important records.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solutionever will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the [12] months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms or do not maintain an active plan. After termination, we may delete your workspace data after a reasonable period, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, in the app). Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law
